Step 1: BEFORE CALLING
Have your calendar handy with your preferred date and time for your event in mind. We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. However, sometimes we have an opening and can accommodate a last-minute booking. We can accept a credit card or debit card (MasterCard/Visa, American Express, and Discover) to secure your reservation.
STEP 2: CALL US AT 808-932-2000
We will check availability and confirm your reservation. You will be asked to provide a $250 deposit to hold your reservation or you can pay the balance in full. This deposit is applied in full towards the cost of your event. For your convenience, we gladly accept Visa/MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
STEP 3: CONFIRMATION
You will receive an email confirmation along with directions to the venue space. An E-signature waiver link will be provided with the confirmation email. Please review this confirmation email carefully for accuracy.
STEP 4: PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT
You will receive a re-confirmation call or email 1 to 3 days before your event, and your balance will be charged to the card on file at that time if you did not pay in full.
STEP 5: DAY OF THE EVENT
Follow the directions to the venue. If you did not sign the E-signature document prior to arrival, you will need to sign a hard copy when you arrive. All guests must sign a waiver to be on premises. Set-up, have fun and enjoy your event.
