POOL RULES

Please remember that as the host of the event, you are responsible for every guest that enters the property during your booking. It is your responsibility to ensure all guests are aware of all the rules and that they follow the rules. It is also you responsibility that the space is left in the condition it was found. We want your event to go smoothly and perfectly for both you and your guests but can turn into a bad experiences for both when some guests are not aware of all the rules and do not follow them.

All guests must sign a waiver prior to swimming. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign on their behalf. An electronic version that you may E-sign prior to your swim can be provided for you as well.

A bathroom is provided for your convenience. Please dry off before entering the bathroom.

Play music at respectful levels. Please keep the overall noise level at respectful levels as well. You can have fun without screaming.

Please clean up after yourselves. Trash cans and a recycle bin are provided for your convenience. Additional trash bags will be provided at your request.

Keep the Watermelon balls in the pool. Do not send them down the slides. The largest Watermelon ball weighs about 15 pounds.

A LIST OF OUR “NO’s”

The deck and especially the lanai can become slippery when wet. For your own safety, no running. We live in Hawaii, no reason to be in a hurry.

Again, for your safety, no diving. You can jump off the waterfall all you want but no diving into the pool.

Keep all glass containers on the lanai. It is very expensive to have to drain and refill the pool. Any broken glass in the pool and you will be billed for draining and refilling the pool.

All of them get in the pool and plug up the filter. Glitter you are still finding years later.

You can slide down the slides all you want. DO NOT go down the slides on any of the inflatables. I have actually done this…it’s not pretty and it doesn’t end well for the inflatable!
